All of my propane tank-o-lanterns are made from disgarded propane tanks that can no longer be refilled legally. They feature hand plasma cut faces/designs and have unique stems made from scrap steel. You can pick a face you see here or go custom!  I also sell these same tanks with a simple stem for a lesser price.  They are smash proof, rot proof, and packed full of iron! (candle not included)
